Nestled in Cantón Zacatal, El Congo, Finca Las Lomas has been carefully cultivated by the Alvarez family since 1957. For decades, they’ve pursued excellence in coffee while facing the challenges of leaf rust and the demands of growing delicate Bourbon and Pacas varieties at 1,000 meters above sea level. Their persistence, strict quality control, and innovative practices have made Las Lomas a model of resilience and dedication.
